How we came to write this book:

What we find most interesting about online dating is the assumption that it is only for compu-geeks like us. We were surprised to find that men from all walks of life, “from waiter to lawyer,” use online dating services in the new millennium. The problem with writing this book together was not in the actual writing. It was in stopping ourselves from laughing, long enough to write it.
