Ms. Kagan worked at ABC-TV News and Sports with the esteemed Roone Arledge in New York, on major sports and news events including: The Olympics, News Conventions, Monday Night Football, Boxing, Indy 500, World Series, Baseball, Kentucky Derby, etc. She began her career at NBC-TV in New York as a tour guide, worked in production at WNBC-TV News and was Manager, Casting and Talent for Prime-Time and Late-Night, discovering new talent for the network, working on the original SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE, THE TONIGHT SHOW, THE MIDNIGHT SPECIAL and THE TOMORROW SHOW. Ms. Kagan is currently on the board of directors of the esteemed Women In Film Organization.
